You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection. Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle pick up(from the airport to the branch) or drop off(from the branch to the airport) is 17:30. If you call us to request for shuttle pick up or drop off between 17:30 to 07:59, the 45NZD off-hour services fees per time will be applied. And off-hour service fees are not refundable. *Off-hours pick up instruction (Between 06:01pm-07:59am) If you're collecting your vehicle outside business hours (6:01 PM to 7:59 AM), please contact us at info@yesrentals.co.nz at least two working days in advance to complete the online check-in. The full rental amount will be charged the working day before your rental, using the credit card provided. Ensure sufficient funds are available. All after-hours pickups must be prearranged and cost NZD 45, including the airport transfer. Once prearranged, when you arrive at Queenstown Airport you will need to call us on 0064 9217 1001. The pick up locations for our after-hours provider are the same as noted above. If you fail to pick up at off hour, the car will be ready for pick up until next day 8 AM at our branch.
